Rosie Garcia

Rosie Kirkland Sells Garcia was born August 31, 1946 in Lubbock, Texas and died on January 7, 2020 after a brief illness.

If you knew her by Mom, Grandma, or by Rosie, you knew she was a straight to the point person, who spoke her mind. Rosie worked very hard all of her life as a housekeeper, cleaning 3-5 houses per week. Mom loved the Lord, loved her family, loved to play slots in Ruidoso and Hobbs, and last but not least loved Elvis!!!!!

Rosie was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, her Father Gordon, Mother Helen, and Sister Gail. 

Survivors include her son David Sells and wife Carla of Plainview. Daughter, Renee Sells of Lubbock, and son, Allen Sells of Lubbock. Rosie had 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. 

Service for Rosie Kirkland Sells Garcia, 73, of Lubbock, will be at 2pm Friday January 10, 2020 at Agape Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Steve Martinez and Pastor Steve Rogers officiating.  Family will receive friends after the service at Agape Funeral Chapel.
