Robert (Bob) Wilson, 73, the "Door Man" passed away on January 9th, 2021. He was a resident of Las Vegas for over 40 years and then retired to Mount Wilson, near Pioche, NV for his dream retirement. Bob loved riding his four wheeler and taking his dog for runs. He loved music either singing or listening and of course his Denver Broncos.
He served in the Navy and received an Honorable discharge before coming to Las Vegas. Bob worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, starting as Sales Manager at the Desert View Window and Doors. He advanced his career working for several Door & Window shops and finally at the Dorwin Systems until his retirement. He was known in the construction industry as "The Door Man".
Bob is survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda, two daughters Connie Lee and Melynda Stanfield (both of Las Vegas), five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two brothers Richard Wilson (Albaquerque NM) and William Wilson (Boulder City NV) and one sister Devon (Mesquite NV).
Bob loved his family and friends, he will truely be missed by all of us.
In remembrance of Bob's passing, there will be a memorial service held on April 14, 2021 at 2pm at the Boulder City Veterans Cemetery.
