Thursday morning August 12, 2021, Phyllis Crable went to be with God.
Phyllis was born to Clyde and Mary Fisher, November 8, 1958 in Indianapolis Indiana. The family moved Japan, Colorado, then made their way to Texas, where she would always come back and call home. She, the last of four siblings, and the only girl, fell quite easily into a “tom-boy” roll. Phyllis loved fishing and boating, frequently competing in various bass tournaments. She loved anything water related, but mostly fishing, and spent much of her free time at their lake house. She had a passion for travel; she’d journeyed on various cruises and trips to Washington and Las Vegas over the last few years. She’d even had a dream trip to Alaska and Hawaii planned with her love and partner in life Gary. Most of all, Phyllis loved her family. She was truly a Matriarch and will be greatly missed.
She was proceeded in death by her father, her beloved mother, her brothers Steven and William (Billy), and her first love Harold Crable. She is survived by her two sons: Kelvin Crable, and Steven Fisher, her brother Tony Fisher, a granddaughter, Kiersten Fisher and her lifetime partner and love, Gary Webb.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 21st at 4:00 p.m. at Buffalo Lake at the “Party House.” Flowers can be sent to the Buffalo Lake gate and will be moved for the Celebration.
