James E. McKinzie

James E. McKinzie Jr passed away unexpectedly January 29, 2023 at his home in
Lubbock.
James was born June 25, 1948 in Kermit to James and Daisie McKinzie.
He worked in the oilfields of Kermit, Odessa and Midland for 40 plus years. After
retiring he moved to Lubbock in December of 2020.
James was preceded in death by James McKinzie, father, Daisie Stone, mother, one
uncle and five aunts.
He is survived by his wife Cathy McKinzie of Lubbock a son and daughter-in-law
Bandy and Brandy McKinzie of Midland. Two grandsons Bandy John McKinzie
of Midland and Bryce McKinzie of Midland. Also many nephews, nieces,
great nephews, great nieces and some great-greats.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
