Hoyt Edward Day was born December 24, 1941, in Brownfield, TX and passed away October 24,2021, at the age of 79, in Lubbock, TX.

He is preceded in death by his father Hermon Day, his mother, Sally Day, his sister Joyce Fagan, and his brother Jack Day.

He is survived by his sisters Roxie Barron, Linda Bray, Sue Wilson, Nedra Hudson and Kathy Smith; his brothers, Andy Day and Tony Day; his sons Hoyt Fayne Day and James Edward Day; his daughter Cynthia Leann Day; two grandsons, two granddaughters & two great-granddaughters.
