Partin was born in Ralls, Texas on June 15,1948 to Goldie Hogue and Monroe Partin.
Partin was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his 2 sons: Derral and Darrin Partin. And his 2 grandchildren: Addison and Padraig Partin.
