Carlos Laverne Rhea, 81, died at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas Thursday, April 28, 2022. Born February 7th, 1941 in Oak Grove, Texas, the son of Thomas Andy Rhea and Kathryn Ann Miller. He attended Lamesa High School in 1959. He was president and owner of Classic Coffee Service since 1985. Known by his friends and customers as the “Coffee Man” He serviced hundreds of customers across the South Plains. He enjoyed fishing, caring for his turtles and building houses.
He was predeceased by his son, Bentley Craig Rhea.
He is survived by his daughter Tasa Denise Lingor and husband Kevin Lingor from Plano, TX. He had 3 grandchildren, Grahm Nash Lingor wife Hannah of Allen, TX and Grace Avery Turner and husband Garett of Austin, TX, Kamron Lingor and his wife Katie from Borger and their children Blaise, Brooks, and Beau.
Carlos despised funerals therefore the family will hold a celebration of his life at the Classic Coffee Service Warehouse. Date to be determined
