Willis Neeley Jr. Obituary Willis Jefferson Neeley Jr (Doug), born on May 5, 1937, to Willis Jefferson Neeley Sr and Addie Bee Neeley in Oakwood, Texas, was called home on September 14, 2015. Doug was proceeded in death by his parents Willis Jefferson Neeley Sr and Addie Bee Neeley, and his sister Emmie J. Jones. He is survived by two daughters, Tamera Roberson and Carla Neeley, both of Lubbock, Texas. Doug was also survived by his brother Charles Neeley and wife and Sue Neeley both of Lubbock, many nieces, nephews and cousins, along with five grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held to honor the memory of Doug Neeley on September 19, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the residence of Corey and Dennie Mortenson which is located at 3420 Woodrow Road, Lubbock, Texas. Doug will be cremated and ashes will be interned at a private family gathering later in the month. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to TWC Church at the families request. Agape Funeral Home in Lubbock, Texas is handling all of the arrangements for cremation. There will not be a viewing or visitation, Just a Celebration of Life. Services
