William "Bill" Thomas, 70, passed away on April 3, 2026. He was born on November 11, 1955.

Bill was a man who appreciated life's simple comforts. In his retirement, he enjoyed watching crime shows, following NASCAR, and keeping up with fantasy football. He found comfort in the familiar rhythms of everyday life and the quiet moments that came with it. His pugs held a special place in his heart and were a true source of companionship.

He is survived by his children, Matt Thomas and wife Kelsey Thomas of Brownwood, Texas; Jake Thomas of Overland Park, Kansas; and Nicci Thomas. He is also survived by his siblings, Carol Harwell and Kenneth Thomas.

Bill is further survived by his grandchild, Seth Thomas, who was there for him during difficult times, as well as several other grandchildren scattered across Texas.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Gladys Thomas.

He will be remembered by his family for the time they shared, the conversations they had, and the simple moments that meant the most.
