Wesley Jobe Obituary Wesley (Wes) Bryan Jobe was born to Danny & Kay Jobe March 10th, 1972. Wes passed away January 4th, 2025. Wes graduated from Coronado High School, Lubbock, TX then attended West Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Wes joined the Lubbock Police Department in 1995 and retired from the PD at rank of Captain in 2022. He worked in many divisions during his career. He most enjoyed his time in Investigations overseeing the Forensics Unit, otherwise known as the ID section, for 5 years as Sergeant, then ending his career as Captain of the entire Investigation division. He received a Medal of Valor and obtained many certifications along the way. He married his high school sweetheart, Tiffany Kerr, March 12th, 1994. They have 2 daughters and one grandson. Wes loved his family more that any word can express. You would find him at every event his daughters participated in whether it was a music concert, cheer competition, a play or a softball game. He also loved going on fishing/canoeing trips with his Dad and many friends. Wes is survived by his wife, Tiffany. Daughters Analisa Jobe of Abilene, TX; Addison McMullen, son in law Justice McMullen and grandson Archie McMullen all of Lubbock, TX. Mother Kay Jobe; Brother Ryan Jobe (wife Traci). Along with many cousins & nieces/nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Danny Jobe and sister Lisa Jobe Shroyer. Celebration of Life Services will be held Tuesday January 14th at 2pm at the Lubbock Professional Fire Fighter Association 8517 Urbana Lubbock, TX. *In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lubbock Professional Police Association* ****Due to the resources and setup at the funeral venue, we are politely requesting all floral and plant arrangements to be delivered to Agape Funeral Chapel**** Services
