Tommy Billey Obituary Dr. Tommy Joe Billey, Ph.D. N.C. of Slaton passed away on Saturday October 12, 2024, at the age of 59. Tommy was born March 8, 1965, in Lubbock, Texas. His parents were Goldie and Betty (Mangis) Billey of Lubbock. Tommy graduated from Shalom Bible College and Seminary in 2015. Those left behind to cherish his memories are his brothers Tony Billey, Johnny Young, and Roger Young and wife, Kathy Young, all of Slaton and his Sister in Law, Cindy Young of Springdale Arkansas, 3 nephews and a niece, and numerous cousins, great nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his Parents, his brothers George, Robert, and Mike Young. Tommy will be remembered for his love and dedication to serving Jesus Christ. Tommy genuinely cared for his family and many friends. He wanted to spend his time surrounded by those he loved. Tommy's celebration of life will be Saturday November 2, 2024, at 11:00am at Connect Church at 1101 Milwaukee Ave in Lubbock, Texas. Services
