Sylvia Meinhart Obituary Sylvia SIBA Moreno Meinhart passed from this life July 3, 2014 in Lubbock, She was born into this life April 18, 1966 in Lubbock. She was a great person, inside and out; a great mother, daughter, and friend. She was a very strong person, and worked hard to give her daughter's a great life. She is survived by her two daughters, Dawn Meinhart and Briana Meinhart; her only grandson, Jeremiah Craig; her mother Elizabeth Austin, and step-father William Austin. A memorial service, to honor SIBA's 48 years of life, is scheduled for 5:00 P.M., Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Guajardo Chapel, Lubbock. Arrangements were entrusted to Agape Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Lubbock.
