Sueann Murphy Obituary Sueann Denise Murphy, 50, of Lubbock passed away on November 12, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at 3:30 P.M., Saturday, November 22, 2025 in the Agape Funeral Chapel. Sueann was born on September 12th, 1975 in Lubbock, Texas to Walter Hanel & Delores Anderson. She grew up in Lubbock and attended schools here and in San Antonio. She started her own cleaning business and it was her one of her most treasured accomplishments. Sueann loved her family and loved spending time with them. She enjoyed reading, traveling, taking pictures, Miami Vice, 80's music, cooking and watching the food network. Her greatest memories revolve around her children, grandson's birth, her wedding day, going to Disney World and Miami. She married Ronnie Murphy on June 28, 2012 in Lubbock. Sueann was preceded in death by mother, Delores Anderson; step-father, David Autry; and brother, Alan Hanel. She is survived by her husband Ronnie Murphy; daughter, Ashley Hanel; sons, Alexander Hanel and Benjamin Murphy; grandson, Lucas Hanel; father, Walter Hanel; brothers, Tony Hanel, John Hanel, Corey Howard; best friend, Elodia Martinez; and her aunt, Ann McWilliams.
