Steve Downing Obituary Steve was born in Paducah Texas. He spent his childhood growing up in several West Texas towns that included Levelland, Ralls and Petersburg just to name a few. He eventually graduated from Ralls high school. He married Carma Lea Ussery in 1964. They had two boys, Steven and Todd. Carma Lea passed away in 1979. Steve raised Steven and Todd as a single parent. He spent most of his life working in the snack food industry, eventually owning his own business with Tom's snack foods. He eventually married again in 2008 to Denise Sharon Vineyard. At the time of his death he had two sons and seven grandchildren. Services
