Scott Cowan Obituary Scott Cowan, 60, of Lubbock passed on May 7, 2021 at home. He was born June 24, 1960. He was a beautiful Christian as well as a loving father, brother, son and will be truly missed. Survivors include two brothers Larry and Jerry Cowan, father Ross Arnold Cowan, stepmother Glenna K Cowan, companion Angie Collins and daughter Carlie Collins. Graveside services for Scott will be at 1pm on May 18, 2021 at Peaceful Garden Cemetery in Lubbock, Texas and will be officiated by Roy Ivins. Services
