Sandra Ann Samudia, age 59, of Lubbock, passed away on May 7, 2026. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, located at 1120 52nd St., Lubbock, Texas 79412. The rosary will be recited the evening before, Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., at Agape Funeral Chapel, 6625 19th St., Lubbock, Texas 79407.

Born in Lubbock on August 2, 1966, Sandra was passionate about music and dancing. She delighted in listening to Michael Jackson, cheered enthusiastically for the Dallas Cowboys, and followed Texas Tech University sports closely. Attending church was also an important part of her life.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Fred Samudia.

She is remembered fondly by her parents, Pablo and Nancy Alaniz of Lubbock; sisters Sonya Lincon of Lubbock, Carol Freeman of Napa Valley, California, and Melissa Hall of Lubbock; as well as numerous other family members who mourn her loss.
