Visitation will be at 1PM on Thursday, February 26, 2015. Sandra passed from this life on February 21, 2015. She was born on September 19, 1951 in Lubbock, Texas. She was a waitress and housewife. She loved NASCAR racing and was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt. Sandra was full of life. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stacey Owen, granddaughter Tonia Daves, and brother Robert Owen. Survivors include her husband Randy Owens of Lubbock, daughter Christy Huffaker of Lubbock, son Randy Owen of Lubbock, two sisters Debbie Steele of Georgia and Linda Ivy of Louisiana, brothers Rick Owen of Georgia and Jerry Owen of Lubbock, eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
