Raymond Blumer Obituary Ray Blumer, 95, of Shallowater, Texas passed away on July 29, 2024 at his home. He was born December 6, 1928 in Woodward, Oklahoma. Ray worked in the printing industry and retired from Texas Tech Press. Survivors include his wife of 74 years Ruth Blumer, daughter Gayle Redwine (Husband Larry), son Randy Blumer (Wife Stacey), plus many grandchildren. There will be no funeral service and Ray will be buried in the Woodward, Oklahoma cemetery at a later date.
