Obituary

Quepha Bolt Obituary Quepha June Bolt was born May 20,1946, in Amherst, TX to Freelan and Faye Cline. She accepted Christ as her savior at an early age after repeatedly being asked by a close friend to go to church. This seemingly small act began a domino effect that led to her parents, siblings, and the following 3 generations accepting Jesus. At 3 years old she moved to Lubbock, TX where she would eventually find the love of her life, Wendel Bolt. Quepha and Wendel said "I do" on June 30, 1966, and proceeded to have 3 children: Tonya, Shannon, and Jason. Quepha worked as a florist for more than 25 years. She was extremely proud to create beautiful floral arrangements for her children's and grandchildren's weddings. Quepha was also passionate about playing piano, which she taught herself to play by ear because she never knew how to read music. She parlayed that skill into teaching herself to play the organ because her church needed an organist. She loved volunteering her time to honor God with the gifts He gave her. Quepha was preceded in death by her husband, Wendel Bolt, and her parents, Freelan & Faye Cline, as well as her siblings, Cletis Cline, Norman Cline Ida Faye Kirkland, Monroe Earl Cline, Ercel Cline, & Randy Cline. She is survived by her children, Tonya Bolt, Shannon & Leigh Bolt, and Jay & Gayla Bolt; her grandchildren, Jonathon Bot, Haleigh & Joshua Clark, Kendra & Cody Barker, Courtney & Henry Watts, Jay Landon & Madison Bolt, and Brayson Bolt, as well as 6 great grandchildren. Quepha's surviving sibling is Cookie & her husband, Nick Ward, with her sons, Tyler & Tanner Castle, and. their wives & children. Services
