Patti Houston Obituary Patti Jo Parks Houston LUBBOCK-Patti Jo Parks Houston of Lubbock passed away Feb. 23, after a short battle with cancer. Family and friends will miss her force of nature, her beautiful smile and her loving heart. Patti opened her heart and house to all she met. She was there for the good times and the bad. She had a traditional country spirit. The holidays will not be the same without Patti, who embraced the occasion with family togetherness. Patti worked hard, loved her jobs, and collected many friends along the way. She worked in the medical field 20 plus years and was a dedicated employee with a great work ethic. She especially loved her years at Medical Arts Clinic working for Dr. Ted Scott. Patti Jo was born June 8, 1951, to Betty and T.S. Parks in Ralls growing up with brothers, Ron and Ric. She made Lubbock her home, raising her two sons. Survivors include son, Derral Partin and wife, Anne Duffy; grandchildren, Addison and Padraig Partin, all of Cedar Park; and son, Darren Partin of Lubbock. Memorial service will be held for Patti and her mother, Betty Parks on March 26th at 2 p.m. in the Ralls cemetery outdoor chapel. Services
