Patsy White Obituary Patsy White, 78, of Lamesa, passed away September 22, 2017. Patsy was born on June 27, 1939 in Roby, Texas to Jessie and Rita Welborn. She was number 6 in the birth line, her brothers and sisters Clarance Welborn of Tennessee; Marvin Welborn of Lamesa; Opel Norton of Dardanelle, Arkansas; Elsie Porterfield of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and James Welborn of Lamesa. She was preceded in death by her brother, Amos Welborn; and son, Jimmy Murphy Brown Jr. Survivors include: Teddie Jean Shaw of Andrews, Sharon Kay Jonas of Lubbock, Eddie Brown of Lamesa, Earney White of Lamesa, 10 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Patsy was married to Jimmy Murphy Brown Sr. on December 17, 1953 for 18 years and then to Ernest (Skinny) White on October 25, 1973. Patsy worked at Margie's Floral Shop for 20 years. Services will be Monday, September 25, 2017 at 2PM at Faith Temple in Lamesa with a visitation at 1PM. Burial will be held after the service at Lamesa Memorial Park. Services
