Patsy Gartin Obituary Patsy Annette Ham Gartin, 80, of Shallowater, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 18, 2018. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 23, 2018 at 12th Street Church of Christ, Shallowater. Burial will follow at Anton Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Agape Funeral Chapel in Lubbock. Patsy was born in Littlefield, Texas to Leon and Evelyn Ham on January 17, 1938. She married Raybourn Gartin on June 6, 1954 in Anton, Texas. Together they raised three children who blessed them with four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Patsy worked many years in the Roosevelt, Anton, and Shallowater school cafeterias and then managed the Shallowater Dairy Queen for 16 years. Patsy enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and quilting. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Laura Gartin; and her sister, Bonnie Medlin. She is survived by her husband, children, Patricia Childress and husband Rex; and Randal Gartin; grandchildren, Curtis Childress, Shiloh Childress, Ginger Lindsey, and Travis Gartin; and 5 great-grandchildren.
