Oswald Carter Obituary Oswald Arlando Carter passed from this life March 26, 2014. He was born into this life March 8, 1943 to Willard Sr. and Hazel (Ward) Carter. Oswald was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers/sisters. He is survived by a brother, Willard Jr. and a sister Norma. A graveside service, to commemorate Oswald's 71 years of life, is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 31, 2014 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodrow. Arrangements were entrusted to Agape Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Lubbock.
