Oscar Tavarez Obituary Memorial services for Oscar Ramon Tavarez, age 60 of Snyder Texas, will be at 2:00pm on Friday, September 18th, 2015 at East Side Church of Christ. Alfonso Rodriguez will officiate with Diego Hernandez assisting. Oscar passed on Friday, September 11th, 2015. He was born on November 30th, 1954. He was preceded in death by his son, Oscar Ruben Tavarez and his parents, Ramon and Cruz Tavarez. Oscar is survived by his wife, Alicia Tavarez, of the home; two daughters, Jennifer Tavarez and Priscilla Martinez, both of Lubbock; two step sons, Issac Perez of Lubbock and Daniel Guiterrez of Snyder; six grandchildren; five step grandchildren; one great granddaughter; three sisters, Delia Zambrano and husband, the late Max Zambrano, of New Braunfels TX, Sally Alvarado and husband Joe Alvarado of Snyder, Sylvia Hernandez and husband Ricky Hernandez of Snyder; two brothers, Mario Tavarez and wife Sheryl Tavarez of Robert Lee TX, Alex Tavarez and wife Ninfa Tavarez of San Angelo; two special nephews, R.J. Hernandez and Diego Hernandez of Snyder; one special niece, Tina Ruiz and husband Jose Ruiz of Snyder and several nieces and nephews. Services
