Maureen Alice (Morrison) West, 60, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on May 2, 2026 with loved ones by her side. She was born on July 20, 1965, in Lakewood, Ohio.

Maureen graduated from Monterey High School before earning her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University. She maintained ties to her Catholic faith throughout her life. She was known for her contagious laugh, bright smile, and beautiful blue eyes. She enjoyed time at the beach, listening to music, and following sports. She cared deeply for her children, grandchildren, and pets.

Maureen is preceded in death by her mother, Jean Morrison, and her brother, David Morrison.

She is survived by her children, Keaton West Hernandez (Brian Hernandez), Colton West (Amber West), and Carson West; her grandchildren, Lane West, Sloan Hernandez, and Sawyer Hernandez; her father, Tom Morrison; her brother, Timothy Morrison (Christy Morrison); and her nephew, Christopher Morrison.
