Matthew Johnson Obituary Born on February 6th, 1978 to Bruce E. Johnson and Adrian J. Johnson. Passed away on July 4th, 2015. Matthew was 37 years old. Matthew E. Johnson is preceded in death by his Father, Bruce E. Johnson and his Grandmother, Jerry Tilger. Matthew is survived by 3 children- Autumn C. Johnson, Matthew E. Johnson and Zackary E. Johnson. Matthew is also survived by his Mother- Adrian J. Johnson, his sister Jennifer Johnson-Halpain and his Brother-Jeffrey T. Johnson. Matthew graduated from Monterey High School in 1996 and then began his career in the medical field. Matthew obtained his Associates in Nursing and was just a semester shy of his Bachelor's degree via Lubbock Christian University. Matthew also obtained his Paramedic license through Texas Tech Health Science Center. Matthew's journey through his career took him through many jobs including work with Covenant Health Network, Aerocare and work with various EMS agencies throughout the region. Matthew's skills and passion for the care of others will be missed by his patients and peers alike. He will be sorely missed by all of his children and family. Services for Matthew will be held at Lone Star Cowboy Church- 1309 E 1585 Lubbock, Texas at 2pm on Friday, July 10th, 2015. Services
