Mary Warren Obituary ~Beloved wife, mother and sister Mary Lou Glass was born December 2, 1928, to Floie Mae and Walace P. Glass in Oklahoma. She left her earthly home on June 18, 2024. She is survived by her son Roderic Kyle Warren of Shallowater, her sister Eva Nelle O'Connor of Littlefield, and many nieces and nephews. Mary moved to the Shallowater area as sophomore in high school. Where she stayed the rest of her life. She married Robert Roderic Warren "Babe" in April of 1948. They merrily welcomed their precious son on September 29, 1959, Roderic Kyle Warren. Mary started her teaching career in Shallowater, Texas in 1973. She taught for thirty years. However, she was a teacher's aide and a substitute teacher for far more than her thirty years. She coached basketball for a few years and loved watching the ball games. Mary was extremely active in the Shallowater Methodist Church and loved to stand up and 'preach' She led the Methodist Youth Fellowship for many years. She also taught Sunday School and led children worship in the sanctuary. She also sang in the choir. She active in the Methodist Women's. She was truly a servant of the Lord. *In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Shallowater Methodist Church or Shallowater Meals on Wheels would be appreciated. Services
