Marcus
Gisonno
Mar 30, 1965 — Oct 15, 2017
Marcus Gisonno Obituary Services for Marcus Antony Gisonno, 52, of Lubbock will be at 3 P.M., Friday, October 20th at Broadway Church of Christ Chapel, 1924 Broadway, with Randy Porter officiating. Family visitation to follow in the Garden Room. He passed from this life on Sunday, October 15th. He was born to Michael and Patricia Gisonno on March 30, 1965 in Inglewood, CA. He graduated from Dunbar-Struggs High School in 1984 and continued to study Art and Design after graduation. Formerly a member at Trinity and Christ the King, he currently attended Broadway with his family. He long ago accepted Christ as his Savior and in the last decade experienced a more personal relationship with God. His art was a profound part of him. His love for art was almost as big as the love he had for his family. He had fierce pride and love for his children from the day they entered the world. Through his experience and example, he taught them how to navigate life's problems. His love for animals lead him to be involved with many rescue groups both in California and Texas. He is survived by his parents, Michael Gisonno and Pat Gisonno, his wife, Celeste Gisonno and children, Natalie Dodson, Batai, Jocelyn and Bella Gisonno. Also, his brothers, Eric Gisonno and wife Nichola, Darin Watkins and Matthew Gisonno. His sister Dena Sellers and husband Aaron, along with nephew Riley Gisonno and more family and friends that he loved. Services
