Leonard Pense Obituary Leonard Daniel Pense was born January 24, 1959; in Fort Worth. He left this earthly plane, far too early, on April 30, 2016. He went to school briefly in Shamrock, TX but spent most of his school years in Wellington, TX where he still has friends who remember his kind and happy spirit. As a teen Len traveled with his mother, Cora and step-father, Doyle to Nebraska and learned the business (Doyle started). He moved to Lubbock in 1987 and met Sandra. Twenty-five years ago, this month, he married Sandra and raised a daughter and two wonderful grandchildren. Len started a hobby of computers in 1991. He and Sandra cared for her mother Iva Smith. In 2003, he and his wife started caring for his aging mother Cora, through her mental and physical decline, keeping her in their home with them. Len's capacity to love and care was amazing. He was truly a Saint of our day. He started helping his Dad out online. Len then developed GardeningRevolution.com website and produced DVDs and started going to shows and fairs to sell Gardening Revolution. He so much enjoyed spending time with his Dad. He helped numerous others in town (TX Karate Institute, Red Zone, etc.) and nationwide with their websites or computer issues. Len donated computers to the Wolfforth Library and wanted the school to start gardening. Len was self-taught and always loved learning (we will all miss his daily pictures, DVDs, and stories on Facebook and YouTube. Len was greeted at the heavenly gates by all his grandparents; Mother, Cora; Mother-In-law, Iva Smith; many aunts and uncles; and one sister, Keitha Roberts. He was survived by his wife, Sandra Pense; his Dad and Mom, (Len and Clauda Pense); his remaining siblings, (Sharon Augustin, Diane Monn and Dale Hibbs); grandchildren, Jonathan Abare, Selena Reed; one great grandchild, Little Daya Lily; and numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews that he loved. Memorial service is May 12th at 11:00 AM at Agape Funeral Chapel, Lubbock, TX. Celebration of life pending this summer in Shamrock, TX. God Bless All. Services
