Laura Wheeler Obituary Services for Laura Wheeler, 68 of Lubbock, TX will be at the Lonestar Cowboy Church at 1:00 PM Saturday 6/18/2016 She passed away 6/13/2016. She was born 9/3/1947 in Lubbock, TX. Laura loved to sew, craft, cook and make cakes for every occasion. She graduated from Kermit High School in Texas, went to West Texas State University and Kerr Business College in Augusta, GA. She lived in Georgia, New York, Phoenix, and in various parts of West Texas. She was a working CAN in Arizona. She was resilient, determined and a loving mother and wife. Her passion was pool and she coordinated pool tournaments and leagues in Lubbock, She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in love. Survivors include three children, Laurence Arrant, James E. Arrant and Glynda Morris-Jones. Seven Grandchildren, Patricia Arrant, Laura Arrant, JT Arrant, John Paul Arrant, Alex Jones, Savannah Jones and Taylor Arrant. Siblings include Marsha Prestridge, Debbie Unger, and Keith Wilcoxson. Predeceased by her husband Everett (GW) Wheeler Services
