Kenneth Young Obituary Kenneth Rollins Young, 69 of Roaring Springs, Texas, went to meet his Lord March 25, 2014. Kenneth was born November 28, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas. He was raised in Lubbock and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in business. He was a highly regarded artist, known for his sculpture, photography, and, in this last year, loving the process of paint on canvas. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Dinah Young, and four children, Ginny LaDue, Sinikka Elliott-Verrill, Joshua Elliott, and Aubrey Elliott and their mates and our seven grandchildren. Also, his brother Rural Young and wife Carolyn, and his sister Debbie Mattson and husband Mitch and their children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all. We know our loss is Heaven's gain. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 29th at 4 o'clock in Ken and Dinah's orchard in Roaring Springs.
