Juenetta Wood Obituary Juenetta Joyce Wood, 80, of Lubbock passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016. Mrs. Wood was born on July 9, 1935 in Paris, Texas to Richard Dick and Effie Lou Henderson. She moved to Lubbock at the age of 9 and married her husband of 55 years, Ray Wood, on April 15, 1960. Juenetta graduated from Texas Tech on May 11, 1991 with a degree in General Studies with a Major in Alcohol and Drug Addiction. Mrs. Wood is preceded in death by her son, Michael Kevin Wood. Survivors include her husband, Ray Wood, sons Britton Wood and wife Nicole and Patrick Wood; three grandchildren, Brandon Wood, Tanner Wood, and Hunter Wood; one great granddaughter, Emmalynn Wood and her loving calico cat, Prissy Jean. Juenetta leaves behind many friends. Viewing will be held at Agape Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 5-7 PM. Graveside services will be Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Peaceful Gardens cemetery at 2:00 PM. Services
