Joe Leal Obituary Joe Leal, 64, of Lubbock passed away on December 13, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 27th, 2025, in the Agape Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wolfforth Cemetery under the care of Agape Funeral Chapel. Joe was born on March 23, 1961, in Raymondville, Texas to Ismael and Sulema Leal. Joe grew up in Lubbock and graduated from Lubbock High School in 1979. He was a wood worker for over 35 years and restored many antiques. His passion was woodworking, which allowed him to earn money doing what he loved. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Rosa Leal; one son, Joe Timothy Leal; and two sisters, Sandra Wood and Peggy Salazar. He is also survived by his Mother, Sulema.
