Jessie Raben Obituary Jessie Foster Raben was called home on July 8th, 2015, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on December 10th, 1949 to Arvin Bernice (AB) and Martha Edna (Hutchins) Foster in Cisco, Texas. She grew up and graduated high school in Cross Plains, Texas, and went on to live in Brownwood, Comanche, Post, and eventually resided with her daughter and son-in-law in Lubbock, Texas at the time of her passing.She was proceeded in death by her parents, AB and Edna Foster, brother-in-law Carl Smith, nephew Ricky Smith, nephew George Walker (Butch) Webb III, and grandnephew Cole Worley.Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Shawn Weathermon and wife, Kris, of Winnipeg, daughter Tammy DeLano and husband, Dustin, of Lubbock, sisters Ileen Smith, Mamie Webb and husband, George Walker Jr., Martha Leveritt and husband, Jim, and Vicki Cobb, brother Bevelyn (Bugs) Foster and wife, Sharon, grandsons Daniel and Keenan Weathermon, and granddaughter Jamisen Martel, several nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren, and many cousins and friends. Services are pending, and will be announced and held at a later date in Atwell, Texas.
