Jerry Noyes Obituary Jerry Dean Noyes, 68 of Lubbock passed away on December 25th, 2025 after a long-fought battle of complicated health issues. Jerry is survived by his wife, Sherry Noyes, his daughter Jacki Marbach of Schertz, TX; daughter Shawna Zatloukal of Lubbock and son Bill Burgess (Jaime) of the Woodlands, TX; Five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, a brother Mike Noyes (Patty) of Canyon Lake, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Noyes of Amarillo, TX; Marie Files (Don) of Lubbock, TX. Jerry entered this world on September 7, 1957, in Dalhart, TX. He grew up in Dalhart and graduated from Dalhart High School. He had a lifelong career in truck driving. All who had met Jerry knew he loved to have a good time. For many years he enjoyed spending time at various lakes with family and friends, having a good time skiing, fishing, most of all laughing. Everyone who knew Jerry will always remember him for his keen wit and great sense of humor. A celebration of life service is scheduled for Monday, January 5, 2026, at 10:30 am at The Message Church, 5502 Auburn St. in Lubbock, Texas. The family would like to extend our sincerest thanks to the team of doctors that were instrumental in Jerry's medical care. We cannot think of a more special group of people to be surrounded by during the hardest days of this journey.
