Jeremiah Ohlsson Obituary Services for Jeremiah Scot Ohlsson, 34, of Lubbock, Texas, will be at 1:30pm, Friday, December 12, 2014 at Agape Funeral Chapel with Ken Horn officiating. Visitation will be at 5pm to 7pm, Thursday, December 11, 2014. Burial will be in the Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. Jeremiah passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014 after a lengthy illness. He graduated from Coronado High School in May 1998. And later received a Certificate in HVAC Repair. Jeremiah is survived by his father and mother Robert and Debbie Ohlsson both of Lubbock, his sister Jennifer Ohlsson of Midland,Tx, and his nephew Corey La'Ray Green, Jr. also of Midland,Tx. He is also survived by his grandmother Billie Taliaferro of Clovis, New Mexico and five uncles, four aunts, and nine cousins. He is also survived by a host of great aunts and uncles.
