Herb "Alan" Penn Obituary Herb Alan Penn passed from this life on October 7, 2017 to be with our Lord and Savior. He was born in Enid, Oklahoma to Lee Penn and Wilma Miller Penn. Following Alan's wishes there will be no services and he will be cremated. He was survived by his wife of 29 years, June Penn; his sons, Joe Brassfield, Robert Penn, Christopher Hill and Dustin Penn. He had two sisters, Lonna Rhoads and Linda Scroggins; and two brothers, Bill Penn and wife Tia, and Robert Penn and wife Jill; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother and a son, Roy Penn. I want to thank you all for your prayers and thoughts of us. -June Services
