Frank Dow Blackwell gained his angel wings on December 12th, 2016 with his family at his side. Frank was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on July 15, 1958 to Jim and Tonie Blackwell. He was the 5th child of 6 children. Frank graduated from Hereford High School in 1976. He was very active in school, where he was on the bull riding team, High School Team Roping team, and involved with 4H.
