Eunice Mayon Obituary Eunice Mayon, beloved mother, sister and friend went to be with her Savior October. 26, 2013. She was born Eunice Katherine Wood on Sept. 19, 1931 to Reverend J.R. And Hallie Wood in San Jon, NM. She married Bobby Lane Mayon On October. 10, 1950. They moved to Lubbock in 1972. Eunice loved Jesus, her family, dancing , bridge and volunteering. She touched all people that she met. Her smile and laugh lit up a room. She is survived by her three children; Lane of Union, South Carolina; Kirk of Lubbock; Teresa of Rowlett, Texas; two grandchildren Jules of Lubbock; Katie of Union, South Carolina and sister Ann Thompson of Lubbock. Funeral services will be 2pm Thursday October 31, 2013 at Agape Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends Wednesday October 30, 2013 from 5-7 pm at Agape Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at the City of Lubbock Cemetery.
