Dorthy Dorman Obituary Dorthy Dorman, 63 of Lubbock, loved people. Her heart was for people with disabilities, she felt God gave her a special connection and understanding with them. Dorthy is survived by her mother, Shirley Dorman of Lubbock, three children that she bragged on daily, Jennifer and spouse Trenton Peacock of Lubbock, Beverly Mesker and spouse Steve Miller of Post, Bobby and spouse Elizabeth Mesker of Alpine. Grandchildren include Jessie Wyatt, Chance Peacock, Tori Peacock, Cheyenne Dalby and husband Giles, Brittney Miller, Shailey Miller, Briley Miller, Brody and Brock Mesker, with expected granddaughter Brooke Mesker. Great-granddaughter Jordan Mugica. Four sisters, Susan George, Karen Wilson, Janet Swinney, and Brenda Boulware. Brothers, Benny and Johnny Dorman. Dorthy was preceded in death by her father MJ Dorman, younger brother Michael Dorman, nephew Wesley Dorman and grandparents Finis and Pearl Gleghorn, JC (Calvin) and Eva Dorman. Services will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015, 3pm at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park Chapel with graveside following. Viewing will be held Friday, April 10, 2015 from 5-7pm at Agape Funeral Chapel.
