Dorothy Talley Obituary Dorothy (DOTTIE) Sue Talley Dorothy was born August 22, 1940, to Louis David and Leota Azlee (Traweek) Cogdell, in Waco Texas. She went to be with her Lord and Savior March 14, 2012. A graveside service, to celebrate her 71 years of life, is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 16, 2012, at Smyer Cemetery, under the direction of Agape Funeral Chapel, with Gary Cogdell officiating. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her only daughter Melody Janvrin; one brother, Gene Cogdell and wife Carolyn; and two nephews, Jim and Gary Cogdell, all of Levelland. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Odyssey Hospice, 4601 66th Street Suite E Lubbock, TX 79414.
