Dorothy Krejci Obituary Dorothy Marie (Roemisch) Krejci passed from this life Tuesday, August 20, 2013 in Lubbock, TX. She was born into this life Wednesday, March 24, 1926 to John and Mary (Kuss) Roemisch in Hermleigh, TX. Dorothy met her sweetheart, George A. Krejci, after he returned home from World War II, at a dance in Slaton, TX. They were married October 22, 1947 at St. John's Catholic Church in Hermleigh. Dorothy worked for Lubbock ISD, in food service, for 20 years. George passed from this life December 2000. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, four brothers, and two sisters. She is survived by two sons, Robert Krejci, and Jerry Krejci and wife Kelly; two daughters, Linda Null and husband Dean, and Patricia Ratliff and husband Jerry; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters; and one brother. A graveside service, to commemorate Dorothy's 87 years of life, is scheduled for 1:30 P.M., Friday, August 23, 2013 at City of Lubbock Cemetery with Chaplain Paul Miller officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Agape Funeral Chapel, Lubbock.
