Dennis Diggs Obituary Dennis "Jake" Diggs passed away Monday, April 9, 2012 after a long battle with lung disease. A memorial service to celebrate Jake's 56 years of life is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Friday, April 13, 2012 at the Cowboy Church of the South Plains 406 114th St, Lubbock, with Ray Perryman officiating. Jake was born July 27, 1955 to Lee and Billie (Stephens) Diggs in Lubbock. Jake was in law enforcement for many years but was always a cowboy at heart. He is survived by one loving daughter, Jakie Diggs-Carroll, two caring brothers, David and Mike Diggs and their spouses, children, and grandchildren. Jake was well respected and is leaving behind many loving & caring friends.
