Delio Deloen Obituary Delio Deleon LUBBOCK- Funeral services for Delio Deleon, 59, of Abernathy will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in Agape Funeral Chapel. Delio was born October 30, 1953 in Lockney. He passed away January 19, 2013 in Lubbock. He married Lillie Luna May 16, 1992 in Lubbock. Delio served in the USMC. He later worked as an auto parts store manager. He enjoyed sports, playing pro baseball in Japan, boxing with the Marines, and was an avid golfer. Delio was preceded in death by parents, Martin and Eva Deleon and a son, Daniel Deleon. Survivors include brothers, Martin, Natividad, Jose Luis, Richard, Dimas and Francisco; sisters, Susana, Yolanda, Hope, Diana, Aurora Deleon Torres; sons, Delio Jr, Emilio, and Chris; daughters, Cecilia Garcia, Delia Miranda Deleon and Laverne; and granddaughters, Averie Deleon, Lilyrose Garcia and Kiauna Deleon. The family will receive friends today, January 22, 2013, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Agape Funeral Chapel.
