David Warren
Goodgion
Jun 6, 1953 — Oct 10, 2025
David Goodgion Obituary David Warren Goodgion, 72, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025 . Born on June 6, 1953, David lived a life defined by faith, family, and unwavering devotion to both. A proud Texan, David was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, cheering them on every Sunday, win or lose, with a smile and a steadfast spirit. His true joy, however, came from time spent with his family. Whether embarking on spontaneous trips to New Mexico or Oklahoma for a bit of gambling or sharing cherished moments with his grandchildren at their "secret place," David's love for his family was boundless. His warm presence and generous heart left an indelible mark on everyone he met. David was a faithful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, living his life with deep faith and love for God. His spiritual strength guided him and inspired those around him. He is survived by his two older sisters, Trixie Gatlin of Plainview, TX, and Donna Phillips; his brother-in-law, Leonard Phillips; his beloved children, Tiffany Goodgion and Jason Goodgion (and his wife, Mariel Goodgion); his three cherished grandchildren, Ayden Andrews (and her spouse, Garrett Andrews), Cole Cooper (and his girlfriend, Samarah), and Davis Cooper; his great-grandson, Everett Andrews; and his nephew, Mark Phillips. David's legacy of love, faith, and family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
