Dale Rucker Obituary Dale Keith Rucker passed from this life Friday, December 7, 2012. A memorial service, to celebrate Keith's 47 years of life is scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Monday, December 10, 2012, at Agape Funeral Chapel, with Chaplain Doyle Patterson officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Agape Funeral Chapel, Lubbock. Dale was born into this life on Friday, October 15, 1965, to Herbert and Siddie Levell (Peterson) Rucker, in Lubbock, Texas. He was well liked by anyone who met him and loved by anyone who got to know him. Dale made friends easily and was always making people laugh. His collection of clowns was just a small indication of how funny and happy he was. Dale never saw anything bad in anyone and he was always helping someone. Once he set his mind to something, it was done. Dale's natural ability of making obstacles disappear was amazing. Dale had a wonderful dog named Lillie, who was always by his side; their connection was extremely great. Dale was from a large family, with 5-brothers and 2-sisters; so life growing up was very energetic. His energy never seemed to diminish. Dale adopted people, and many of them became as family to him. If you had a problem he considered it his and tried to help you work out a solution. Dale's shoulders were great to cry on; his hugs healed you; life with Dale in it was a blessing. Dale was preceded in death by hi mother, Siddie Rucker and grandparents, Lee and Virgie Ricker. He is survived by his father Herbert (Sonny) and step-mother Mary Rucker; two sisters, Sharon Caldwell and Teresa Joplin; and five brothers, Paul Rucker, David, Darrold, Bobbie, and John Joplin.
