Dale Qualls Obituary Dale Ilene Qualls passed from this life Friday, February 7, 2014, in Lubbock. She was born into this life Saturday, February 15, 1941 to Delbert and Estella Mae (Allen) Pevytoe in Olton. Dale was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, E.J. Qualls and two daughters, Debbie Woodlock and Kathy Brenner. A graveside service, to commemorate Dale's 72 years of life, is scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 14, 2014 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Ken Horn officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Agape Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Lubbock.
