Criselda "Crissie" G Guerrero, 58, of Lubbock passed away Wednesday January 7, 2026. She was born in Lubbock, TX on May 26, 1967 to the late Ylario & Patricia Guerrero. Cris graduated Lubbock High in 1985, during that for 4 years she worked at Wienerschnitzel. She later made the move to the "Magic city" Miami, Florida where she furthered her education at the Institute of Miami. Working at a radio station out there & having school it never stopped her from experiencing the party life & meeting new friends. Coming back to the hub city she went on to work for Kinko's for many years, after leaving she went on to 1st cash advance where she then chose to end her working years to continue to be a mom. Cris swore by the 5 "F" words; family, friends, flowers, food & fun. Cris was a character, if she wasn't singing to her favorite rock band, she was laughing at the jokes being told to her or napping with her cat Wheeney. Cris was a loving sister, mother & aunt to many. Those left to cherish her memory is her only child Meagan (Josh) Guerrero; siblings Mario (Normie) Guerrero, Melinda (Jerry) Outlaw & Margo Moreno; Nephews Tino Vasquez, Zakk Guerrero, Ryen (Margarita) Subia, Jerry & Joesy Outlaw & Ezra Moreno; 7 Great nephews and 3 great nieces; Grand fur babies Coraline, Bean & Wheeney; loving cousins. She was proceeded in death by her parents Ylario & Patricia Guerrero; Aunt & Uncle Mary Garcia & Domingo Gonzales; Brother Adam Guerrero; Grandparents and her 2 Siamese cats Yookie & Ginger (Jujubug).
