Cecil passed away on March 7, 2015. He was born on February 19, 1938 in Dickens, Texas. Cecil was a man of the outdoors who loved to fish and work in his garden. Cecil is survived by three brothers: Billy, Charles, and Randy Conn, two sons: Monty Conn of Wolfforth, Texas and Clint Conn of Lubbock, Texas, two daughters: Becky Joplin of Lubbock, Texas and Julie Brown of Silver City, New Mexico.
