Carol Woodin Obituary Carol Ann Woodin (Woody) 82 years old passed away on October 23, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on March 15, 1942, to Cecil and Marjorie (Sowry) Berrier in Dorset Ohio. She was proceeded in death by both parents, husband Lloyd (Buddy) Woodin, partner Joe Funk, and brothers-in-law Joe Petro, Carl Woodin, Ray Webker, and sister-in-law Shirley Hollis. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Woodin, Lovington, NM, grandsons Cole Young, Lovington NM, and Kyle Funk, Carlsbad NM. Great granddaughter Harleigh Dickman and great grandson Thomas Funk. Sisters Lorreta Petro, Debbie Hurst (Ray Hanson), and brother Gary (Thelma) Berrier. Sisters-in-law: Doris (Andy) Furiga, Donna Webker, Richard (Joyce) Woodin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Carol was a registered nurse who gave compassion and care to all her patients including her dialysis patients over the years. She was an awesome cook and cake decorator (Cakes by Carol), making cakes for all occasions. There will be no services at this time, cremation has taken place. A memorial will be held at the Dorset Cemetery, Dorset OH in August 2025.
